How This Works

Please see post immediately below this one for an overview or click on Carson (the bear to your right) to link to my website.

If you are a not-for-profit organization whose mission is aligned with my work (in brief, a belief in and commitment to ongoing growth and development), we would:

1. Have a conversation to make sure we're a fit.
2. Agree on a one-day or weekend workshop from my offerings, and plan dates, times, location and logistics.
3. Promote the workshop primarily, but not exclusively, to your community, members and other supporters and stakeholders.
4. Hold the event.
5. I write you a check for half of the net proceeds.

Why am I doing this? Not because I'm wealthy and can afford to give away half of my income. I'm doing this because I believe deeply in the work I do, and sharing my income accomplishes several things:

First, the 50-50 offer attracts the attention of folks who might otherwise not hear of what I do.

Second, each time I facilitate a workshop, participants are exposed to an integral perspective that provides them with an insightful experience of the lenses through which they view and behave in the world.

Third, each workshop provides income for the host organization and for me. I get to do what I love, your organization receives needed funding, and participants gain insights into their lives and worldviews.

Who Am I, and Why Should You Trust Me? Good questions. Call me at 203-723-1421 and get some first-person answers--ask me whatever comes to mind, and I'll be happy to respond.
